Salmon Corn Chowder
Ingredients

butter

sweet onions
chopped

can
wild-caught salmon

red potatoes
eyes out, skin on, chopped or shredded

cups
chicken broth

cans
creamed corn
15oz
1
tsp
black pepper
ground
2
tsp
chives
chopped
1
tsp
dill weed
chopped
2
tbsp
sour cream
Instructions
On a medium burner, melt butter, add sweet onions, saute 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a full boil.
Reduce heat to simmer, boil until tender (about 10 minutes).
Add salmon, corn, creamed corn, pepper and spices. Cook 5 more minutes.
Add toppings if desired. Goes great with corn bread!
